Stress levels differ from team to team but overall mood is good and there are many benefits to make worktime as comfortable as possible and communication on eye level is encouraged and rewarded.
Two days of (optional) home office, working hours are semi-flexible but at the same time vacation time planning and getting exceptions for appointments is very simple.
Most salaries are on the lower end of average level. But to be fair, all the aviable aditional benefits also add up to a considerable sum, if used wisely.
We're a tech company, so unfortunately lots and lots of devices and computers running all the time. But at least paper usage is at a reasonable level and there are some smaller energy saving policies in place.
For me colleagues are the biggest benefit of working here. Everyone is on the same level, there are many friendships within the company and everyone including management is very supportive.
Most team leads and our Managing Director are very pleasant and fair people. Some decisions on group level are not always clear but at least open for discussion.
Very modern office in a very central location. Plenty of equipment aviable and dog friendly as well.
Numbers are very transparent and good work is usually recognised and rewarded. Weekly, monthly and quarterly updates on different management levels as well as constant access to our dashboard for everyone. Salaries are not public, so 4.6, I'd say.
The company is incredibly diverse with a very casual but respectful approach to any background.
Our products are by default not the most exciting but on the other hand there is a lot of effort put in making work as diverse as possible and there is a lot of room for experimentation if wanted.
not very prestigious products / apps
60% home office, somewhat flexible working hours
Conferences and education are sponsored
Very competent leads
Many perks in the office:
Food, drinks, great equipment, height adjustable desks, two screens, gym
Very open communication
Some tasks do repeat, but there's always the possibility to work on something interesting
the colleagues, the amazing office, exciting projects
Cool team events on regular bases, clean office and modern software makes its easy to get sh*t done. Diversity and equality is a key factor and it is fun to work with people from all over the world.
Other companies have a more modern approach to Home Office topic
Focused work towards company goals. You can be sure successes will be celebrated :)
Strict Home Office days across companies but always flexible in on personal terms.
It's not a topic that's discussed often but on an okay level I'd say. One could always do more
Everything you need to make you enjoy coming to the office
Direct and open communication regardless of hierarchy, position or department
The company communicates openly and transparently and the management is interested in the employees' well-being. As an employee, you have the opportunity to grow with your tasks without losing sight of the work-life balance.
The culture of direct and quick feedback promotes rapid iteration and productivity, the respectful interaction and the many opportunities for break activities to clear the mind increase motivation.
Although we are a group, interaction with the other companies is often difficult.
Great office. Competent leads that know what they are talking about.
Has trouble attracting or retaining local talent due to low pay. Hires mainly come from non-eu countries because they settle for less money.
Ad-tech will never be attractive
Exceptional
Easy to switch fields inside the company
Exceptional, best office I've worked in
Pays below market average. Resorts to hiring non-eu people to keep wages low.
Very open about the current state of business. You always know how the company is doing. You also get a lot of personal feedback, so you also know how you are doing yourself.
Some topics are only reluctantly addressed. Home office was a long time not an option and is only an option now because employees pushed it hard enough (and Covid showed how well it can work). Other companies are also much more pro-active regarding Covid.
Honestly this is not something the company really considers. On one hand, software seems to be quite far away from anything environment related, on the other hand I guess one could do more than ignore that topic entirely.
You get a lot of feedback about how you are doing, but can also give feedback about how you can work and what is causing problems for you
Clean office, fast computers, modern software, height-adjustable desks, enough screens,... I guess I can't really complain about this.
Very open about many things - you always know what is going on in the company
Not really much to complain about. Of course you can't always work on exciting things, after all, "90% of all development work is CRUD" and so on. But there is enough challenging and interesting work.
Fun and modern atmosphere filled with professional and cool people
So verdient kununu Geld.
