Leadership and management has a lot of issues and lack of soft skills. Mostly they don't accept their failures, instead they just try to ignore it and keep the person who's telling about problems silent.
Remote working is not possible for next 2 years. Which usually the case.

Has trouble attracting or retaining local talent due to low pay. Hires mainly come from non-eu countries because they settle for less money.
Listen to your employees and get feedback from them frequently. The performance review program should help you, not harm.

Communication here is open and transparent. I feel on the same level with upper management, and it’s easy to reach out and have honest conversations.
We have regular team lunch and team events to build the relationships between colleagues.
For me colleagues are the biggest benefit of working here. Everyone is on the same level, there are many friendships within the company and everyone including management is very supportive.

Salary is below the market, but HR team think differently. Benefits are getting cut.
Salaries are lower than market average
Most salaries are on the lower end of average level. But to be fair, all the aviable aditional benefits also add up to a considerable sum, if used wisely.
Pays below market average. Resorts to hiring non-eu people to keep wages low.

Even if you do same things or even more they're not gonna promote to next level, instead they find some negative points which where never discussed on 1&1s but it comes out on performance review. The "Unlimited L&D budget" is limited by leads or management.
