I have a very good relationship with my colleagues, which I honestly find to be prepared, friendly and always happy to help. I am always happy when I work with all of them and never had any kind of issue. I also find positive that none of them moved into other companies, at least since I started my cooperation with justETF. This gives continuity to the business and also it is positive for me personally. My work is very interesting because it is diversified and I have always been very interested in ETFs. I have the chance to analyse and make research on ETFs, and at the same time writing and translating articles, dealing with client requests, taking care of social media and so on. If you like ETFs and enjoy multitasking, you will like it.

justETF is a fintech business and it is a small company. This means that in a small company you need to be flexible and multitask. If you are someone that doesn’t like this, you should work in a bigger company. Genuine interest in investing and ETFs is required otherwise you would not be happy working with justETF.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
justETF is very strong in Germany. Now, the challenge for justETF will be to consolidate its presence into current foreign markets (example Italy) and growing into new markets in Europe and why not, maybe outside Europe and all around the world. It is my honest and best wish I can give to the team. To do this, probably it will be necessary to improve local presence and little by little delegate and decentralize. This is a very complex challenge but I don’t see why justETF cannot become the leading ETF startup globally.
