Arbeitsatmosphäre

The atmosphere around the office is very light most of the time. From time to time so issues arise, but nothing that could not be handled with a conversation, a game or some joke.

The company has a good amongst the colleagues. Most of which speak highly of the company.

Work-Life-Balance

It is easy to conciliate work and personal life. You normally get approval for your vacations right away. Some weeks are harder to conciliate, due to the amount of work that might occur, but most of the time, it is easily done.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

One of the biggest problems the company faces. So many employees have left that it creates an uncertainty on whether you will continue working for the company on a long run.

Gehalt/Benefits

The salary is very competitive with other companies. An employee receives enough money to be able to have a good quality of life.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

The company and the managers are engaged on the themes.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The work with others is really nice and easy. It could use more integration amongst the different teams (finance, content, IT, BI).

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

The team lunches and team events are very nice. They help create an integration amongst the employees, that allows us to become close.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Some decisions and goals are not so clear, or might need to be changed a lot; however the managers try to make it as clear as possible.

Arbeitsbedingungen

It is almost perfect. The computer and the structure attends to everybody's needs. Nonetheless during summer it gets really warm inside the office. The bright-side is that we're allowed to do home office.

Kommunikation

The managers are very open and transparent. They communicate directly to the employees and are very polite in doing so. There's some room for improvement.

It really has a lot room to grow as a LegalTech company, with many possibility of interesting tasks. Things normally do not stay the same.

I really do not see any wrongs by the employer. Employers should just keep maintaining its course and I think the company will be fine

Employees in Justix talk positive about it. I personally would like to work in a place like this for ht e rest of my life. I think it is totally great to be here as an employee

Work is often great but since I work in Finance. I tend to close later than usual sometimes.. but nevertheless, it is fun and I love it

The company offers great opportunity for career development as employees are given tasks which push their boundaries and make them more Agile in their field

Gehalt/Benefits

For an intern, the salary paid is very fair compared to other companies that I have worked with in the past.. Interns at Justix earn the maximum pay for interns in Germany. The money also come at the given time which it is meant to be paid. I am very well satisfied with this

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

The company in so many ways adhere to the rules and regulations of the German environmental board. Therefore, employees are informed about various precausion which are needed to be taken in the office

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Colleagues are very close and we often go out after work and have team events

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

I am an intern here for 2 months now.. Do not really have enough information on this but I believe this is not an Issue in Justix

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Superiors are very down to earth.. I could not differentiate the superiors from the junior staff during my first 3 weeks in the Company.

The working condition is top notch.. There are enough resources for one to work as well as possible

Kommunikation

Everyone is very communicative around and very well acceptable. Offices are open or one can just Slack if you do not want to approach anyone's desk

- Sehr divers. Viele Nationalitäten vorhanden. Kollegialer Zusammenhalt war immer super.
- Arbeit im HR-Team war echt spannend und eine gute Zeit.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- Die Strategie empfand ich nicht wirklich als rund.

- Einheitliche Strategie entwickeln
- Noch offenerer Austausch zw. Mitarbeiter und Führung

- Der war immer da. Auch Teamübergreifend.

- Eigentlich keine älteren Kollegen vorhanden :)

- Mein direkter Vorgesetzte hat mich gut betreut und sehr fair behandelt.

- Super Arbeitsmaterialien: Büro an sich, Laptops etc.

Kommunikation

- Bei uns wurde immer sehr offen und ehrlich kommuniziert, das fand ich wirklich gut. Mal war es hart... aber daran wächst man auch.

Interessante Aufgaben

- Hier gab es immer was zu tun. Mein Vorgesetzte bot mir auch immer die Möglichkeit etwas neues aufzunehmen.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

In dem öfters mal etwas vollen Büro kann man sehr gut arbeiten. Sobald man seine Kopfhörer aufsetzt, hat man seine Ruhe und wird nicht gestört, damit man auch mal fokussiert an einer Sache arbeiten kann. Sonst auch sehr viele Aufgaben im Team.

Work-Life-Balance

Auch hier muss man keine Abstriche machen. Homeoffice ist einmal pro Woche für den ganzen Tag möglich, was vor allem Mitarbeitern mit Familie sehr zur Gute kommt. Auch so sind die Arbeitszeiten, gerade für ein Startup, sehr angenehm und flexibel.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Die Kollegen sind einfach super. Jeder hilft gerne jedem, man ist freundlich zueinander und auch außerhalb der Arbeitszeiten trifft man sich gerne und unternimmt etwas miteinander.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Das Alter eines Kollegen spielt bei Justix keine Rolle, jeder wird mit dem gleichen Respekt und der gleichen Freundlichkeit behandelt. Generell ist das Team sehr jung, weshalb es keine "älteren" Kollegen gab.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Sowohl mit meinen direkten Vorgesetzten, als auch mit den beiden Geschäftsführern herrschte stehts ein reger Austausch, wodurch man eine gute Rückmeldung zu der eigenen Leistung bekommen hat. Zudem waren die Vorgesetzten stehts respektvoll und freundlich.

Kommunikation

Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut, sowohl Vorgesetzte, als auch Mitarbeiter sind im regen Austausch und versuchen sich gegenseitig zu unterstützen.

Interessante Aufgaben

Da man in einem Startup arbeitet, kommen täglich neue Aufgaben auf einen zu. Diese Abwechslung ist vielleicht nicht unbedingt für jeden etwas, jedoch war es für mich genau das richtige.

the founders care a lot about not burning out the team. so with a few exceptions, nights and weekends have been free for family and hobbies of course

The team was just assembled beginning of 2017 and is already working together very openly and directly.

youth is not necessarily a question of physical age...

Company grew very quickly and the office in Startplatz is definitely not big enough. New office in 09/2017, yay!!!

meeting structure not optimal yet; at the moment there could/should be even more meetings imho
