They acted quickly and send all employees to home office when the extend of the corona situation became apparent.
Everybody has the a lot of flexibility with their working hours to manage the personal situation during the corona crisis.

They give already all the flexibility we need with our home office situation. Especially they take great care to make sure everybody has the best possible IT set up at home.

The uncertainty for employees to know if they will continue working or if their colleagues will continue as well.
A better integration amongst different teams.
The atmosphere around the office is very light most of the time. From time to time so issues arise, but nothing that could not be handled with a conversation, a game or some joke.
The company has a good amongst the colleagues. Most of which speak highly of the company.
It is easy to conciliate work and personal life. You normally get approval for your vacations right away. Some weeks are harder to conciliate, due to the amount of work that might occur, but most of the time, it is easily done.
One of the biggest problems the company faces. So many employees have left that it creates an uncertainty on whether you will continue working for the company on a long run.
The salary is very competitive with other companies. An employee receives enough money to be able to have a good quality of life.
The company and the managers are engaged on the themes.
The work with others is really nice and easy. It could use more integration amongst the different teams (finance, content, IT, BI).
The team lunches and team events are very nice. They help create an integration amongst the employees, that allows us to become close.
Some decisions and goals are not so clear, or might need to be changed a lot; however the managers try to make it as clear as possible.
It is almost perfect. The computer and the structure attends to everybody's needs. Nonetheless during summer it gets really warm inside the office. The bright-side is that we're allowed to do home office.
The managers are very open and transparent. They communicate directly to the employees and are very polite in doing so. There's some room for improvement.
Everybody is treated equally, with utmost respect by all and there is no payment gap. Having some many people from different countries and cultures makes it even more interesting and you learn a lot from it.
It really has a lot room to grow as a LegalTech company, with many possibility of interesting tasks. Things normally do not stay the same.

I really do not see any wrongs by the employer. Employers should just keep maintaining its course and I think the company will be fine

Work is often great but since I work in Finance. I tend to close later than usual sometimes.. but nevertheless, it is fun and I love it
The company offers great opportunity for career development as employees are given tasks which push their boundaries and make them more Agile in their field
For an intern, the salary paid is very fair compared to other companies that I have worked with in the past.. Interns at Justix earn the maximum pay for interns in Germany. The money also come at the given time which it is meant to be paid. I am very well satisfied with this
The company in so many ways adhere to the rules and regulations of the German environmental board. Therefore, employees are informed about various precausion which are needed to be taken in the office
Colleagues are very close and we often go out after work and have team events
I am an intern here for 2 months now.. Do not really have enough information on this but I believe this is not an Issue in Justix
Superiors are very down to earth.. I could not differentiate the superiors from the junior staff during my first 3 weeks in the Company.
The working condition is top notch.. There are enough resources for one to work as well as possible
Everyone is very communicative around and very well acceptable. Offices are open or one can just Slack if you do not want to approach anyone's desk
I believe there is presence of equal rights in the Company.. Everyone is treated equally and no discrimination on race, gender or religion
Tasks are very multi-dimensional and engaging.. I have learnt so much in just months of my internship here at Justix

Good vision and strategy, good teamwork, good vibe.
I missed a clear vision in the past, but this is really improved now.
The organisation used to have too many management layers. Now that the organisation has been set up in a new way, things are good.
After a dynamic phase and some interventions, the current team is really nice to work with.
Since we are a young and smaller company with ambitious goals, sometimes we make some overtime. Usually, we do this with the team and it feels good when we delivered.
During the recent months, the people who could not catch up left. Everyone, the mood has been good.
This is a really flat hierarchy, which I like.
Communication improved a lot. We receive regular updates and can work with a clear strategy and plan that we can believe in.
We are changing a traditional sector and it comes with new and innovative work.

Incompetence of leadership is widely known in legal tech space
Lots of layoffs putting people in terrible situation, especially for young professionals
