Als Praktikant hat man nicht so viele Freiheiten, was Homeoffice und Urlaub angeht.
Ich denke, das Homeoffice für Praktikanten könnte verbessert werden.
Es wäre gut, tiefergehende Schulungen zu einigen Themen wie SEO, Social Media und Produktmanagement anzubieten.
Die Humanressourcen und alle Teams sind meist bereit, anderen zu helfen.
The company culture is open and relaxed. I was never afraid to speak my mind and opinions. Was able to learn from the very diverse and international team.
During interviews beforehand I got the impression chances of receiving a better position after internship were rather high, however this was not really the case.
Better preparation for interns (e.g. read into internship assignments and knowing what is expected from their university)
One of the best advantage in working at Juvigo. The global atmosphere is welcoming and everyone is willing to support one another on their daily tasks.

The goals set by the company are easily reachable and help to spread motivation and challenges between the BDR within the company.
The hierarchy is not afraid to provide a lot of responsibilities to every employee that shows great potential.

As a startup Juvigo is still improving its processes. Communication is part of them. It evolved drastically during my internship. The information flow is spread through several channels like Slack, trainings, meetings, etc. Everyone can suggest an idea or a way of improvement for any process.
Part of the tourism industry and providing holiday camps for children, Juvigo organisation highly fluctuate between seasons. As a business development manager for a specific market my tasks were fulfilling and thrilling during the low season while preparing the summer. I did prospection, I negotiated, I signed partners, I saw my market grow. Then I could create and put online the content for those new customers.
On the other hand, during the high season my tasks were less various and more focused on CS.
Everyone is always happy to help out when you have any questions.

Communication is great throughout the whole company and also between different departments. Lots of feedback is given and the daily/weekly/monthly meetings really help keeping everyone up to date.

Weekly meetings and feedbacks, a great way to always improve. Easy communication with all members of the team who are always ready to answer questions.
Closure with other coworkers and boss, directions for work are always clear and there quite a diversity of tasks.
