The only minor downside is the relatively low internship salary. Apart from that, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Juvigo.

Although Juvigo has a very young team, I had great relationships with colleagues of all ages.

No issues at all. The managers are very supportive, approachable, and pedagogical.

Excellent working conditions. The offices are beautiful, well-located, and all the necessary equipment is provided.

Communication is excellent. There are many communication channels across the entire company and within the team. Weekly meetings help everyone stay informed and connected.

I never experienced any issues regarding equality. Everyone is treated fairly and with respect.

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Insgesamt war es eine sehr gute Erfahrung, dank der guten Arbeitsatmosphäre und der Kollegen. Die Aufgaben sind ziemlich abwechslungsreich und man hat die Möglichkeit, sich weiterzuentwickeln. Meine Managerinnen waren wirklich gut, sie vertrauten mir, was sehr angenehm war. Man fühlt sich auch vom Managementteam im Allgemeinen unterstützt. Die Work-Life-Balance (unflexible Arbeitszeiten, kein Homeoffice und kein Urlaub) war für mich der Knackpunkt. Die wenigen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb des Unternehmens sind ebenfalls schade.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Sehr gute Arbeitsatmosphäre, die Schulungen sind gut organisiert, sodass man schnell einsatzbereit ist. Es ist sehr angenehm, dass man uns vertraut.

Work-Life-Balance

Für mich persönlich war es etwas kompliziert, da die Bürozeiten sehr unflexibel sind, wenn man im Kundenservice tätig sein muss. Das wäre für mich der negative Punkt meiner Erfahrung.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Diese Erfahrung war prägend für meine weitere Karriere, in diesem Sinne denke ich, dass es interessant ist. Allerdings gab es nur wenige Vertragsangebote, um in der Firma zu bleiben. Die meisten Kollegen sind Praktikanten, die Manager haben befristete Verträge und nur wenige Personen haben unbefristete Verträge.

Ich war glücklich, jeden Tag zur Arbeit zu kommen, weil meine Kollegen alle sehr nett waren. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm.

Kommunikation

Die Kommunikation (zumindest in meinem Team) war sehr gut, wir hatten regelmäßige Punkte, um unsere Ergebnisse zu verfolgen, und unsere Vorgesetzten versorgten uns mit allgemeinen Informationen. Es gab auch einmal im Monat ein Meeting mit der ganzen Firma.

Interessante Aufgaben

Die Aufgaben sind interessant und abwechslungsreich, manchmal ein wenig repetitiv, aber sicher wie überall.

The young atmosphere within the company makes it a pleasant place to work, learn from others and enjoy after-work events. Juvigo is a great company for interns who are willing to learn and make their first steps into the tourism industry. There are multiple trainings you will/can follow in order to work on your skills, which really contributes to the learning process of the interns! Besides that it is really shown to me that your work will always be appreciated, through feedback meetings, compliments or given shoutouts.

Interessante Aufgaben

Very interesting tasks, however during certain moments the focus might shift to one particular tasks. Due to which the alteration between tasks decreases. Generally many possibilities and room to bring up your own ideas.

Toller Umgang miteinander, Probleme werden erkannt und dran gearbeitet, tolle Zukunftsvisionen, die nach und nach umgesetzt werden.

Sehr angenehme und klare Führungsweise. Eine Geschäftsführung, vor der man keine Angst haben braucht.

Es gibt überall Aufgaben, die auch mal keinen Spaß machen. Aber insgesamt sind die Aufgaben vielfältig und durch die hohe Verantwortung macht das ganze sogar Spaß.
