Die Erfahrung mit Praktika und, dass sowohl der Bewerbungsprozess als auch das Praktikum selbst sehr klar strukturiert war. Außerdem das offene Umfeld und der Zusammenhalt zwischen den Mitarbeitenden.
Das Team war wirklich offen und herzlich. Bei Juvigo ist jeder und jede willkommen und wird von Anfang an von allen nett begrüßt.
Wir haben uns alle super verstanden und auch abseits der Arbeit gab es ab und zu Zusammenkünfte. Wir standen als Team alle zusammen und es gab keine Situationen, in denen jemand negativ dargestellt wurde oder Ähnliches.
Die Vorgesetzten waren super fair und haben immer versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Es war ein Verhältnis auf Augenhöhe.
Die Mitarbeitenden sind völlig verschieden und vielfältig. Ich hatte wirklich das Gefühl, dass jeder willkommen war und niemand aufgrund von irgendwelchen veralteten Normen abgelehnt wurde.
Nach und nach habe ich mehr verschiedene Aufgaben dazu bekommen. Ich durfte Wünsche äußern und hatte ziemlich vielseitige Aufgaben, sodass ich ab uns zu mal wieder neues machen konnte.
Tolle Organisation und Arbeitsbedingungen. Das Team ist absolutes Highlight und auch das Büro hat eine sehr angenehme Stimmung. Mit Urlaubs- und Homeoffice-anfragen wird fair umgegangen und man bekommt schnell viel Verantwortung.
Wenige Fixangestellte und hohe Fluktuationsrate. Vielleicht könnte man ein Grundteam aufbauen und nicht ganz so viel auf Trainees und Praktikanten fokussieren.

Sehr angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre mit einem super Team. Vielfältige Aufgaben und Möglichkeiten Neues zu erlernen. Praktikum hat Spaß gemacht.
Ich bin selten irgendwo so gerne zur Arbeit gegangen, wie in meiner Zeit bei Juvigo. Das gesamte Team ist sehr offen, bedacht und versprüht eine rundum positive Atmosphäre. Von Beginn an habe ich mich sehr willkommen und wertgeschätzt gefühlt. Dieser Eindruck wurde im Verlauf der Zeit nur weiter bestärkt.
Ich habe die Arbeitsatmosphäre stets als enorm angenehm empfunden und mich jeden Tag auf das Team und meine Kolleg*innen gefreut.
Durch das Prinzip der Gleitzeit, sowie die Möglichkeit zum Homeoffice und Urlaubstage ist für eine gute Work-Life-Balance gesorgt.
Ich hatte dauerhaft das Gefühl, dass meine Vorgesetzte ein offenes Ohr für meine Fragen und Anliegen hatte und sich diesen auch ausführlich gewidmet hat.
Auch Vorgesetzte aus anderen Abteilungen haben sich stets Zeit genommen, um mir tiefere Einblicke in ihre Arbeitsbereiche zu geben.
Die Räumlichkeiten im Büro sind so aufgeteilt, dass man mit seinem Team zusammensitzt. Das ist super, da somit schnelle Fragen und Rücksprachen möglich sind.
Da das Büro im Hinterhof des Gebäudes gelegen ist, ist es trotz der Lage in der belebten Umgebung angenehm ruhig. Zudem wird der Hinterhof im Sommer für Mittagspausen oder kleine Get-Togethers in der Sonne genutzt.
Durch eine gute technische Ausstattung aller Arbeitsplätze und MacBooks für die Angestellten ist ebenso gesorgt.
Die Kommunikation erfolgte im gesamten Unternehmen immer sehr transparent, was ich als sehr angenehm empfunden habe.
Außerdem gibt es für alle Angestellten regelmäßige Feedbackmeetings. In diesen kann über aktuelle Entwicklungen und Bedürfnisse gesprochen werden. Sie sind nicht nur dafür gedacht, dem jeweiligen Angestellten Feedback mitzuteilen, sondern auch eine Möglichkeit, dem Unternehmen konstruktives Feedback zu geben.

In my case, I had already defined my own goals by the second week and communicated them with my supervisor to ensure that the work proceeded as transparently as possible. The tasks became rather routine after 3-2 weeks. However, new tasks and responsibilities can be added over time, which keeps the work interesting
Mir wurde viel Vertrauen entgegen gebracht, da ich 98% meines Praktikums im Home-Office gearbeitet habe. Die Kommunikation war super und meine Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein 5/5 Sterne Praktikum mit tollen Erfahrungen.
The young atmosphere within the company makes it a pleasant place to work, learn from others and enjoy after-work events. Juvigo is a great company for interns who are willing to learn and make their first steps into the tourism industry. There are multiple trainings you will/can follow in order to work on your skills, which really contributes to the learning process of the interns! Besides that it is really shown to me that your work will always be appreciated, through feedback meetings, compliments or given shoutouts.
There is a very motivating working atmosphere, everyone is willing to help anyone. Generally a very positive atmosphere.
