Gehalt, modernes Büro, technische Ausstattung, Arbeitszeiten
What I dislike about the employer
teilweise Vorgesetzenverhalten, endlose Diskussionen wegen Kleinigkeiten, Umgang mit einem sollte man sich mal erdreisten krank zu sein. Wer kein Geld bringt fliegt schnell.
Suggestions for improvement
Kommunikation deutlich verbessern, Mitarbeitern mit ihren Aufgaben vertrauen, mal Überdenken ob manche Mitarbeiter wirklich qualifiziert für ihre Stelle sind oder dort nur sind weil sie schon immer da sind. Geld vielleicht nicht immer an erste Stelle setzen.

Kollegen sind überwiegend umgänglich

Ich glaube manche Geschäftspartner und Kunden wären überrascht was hinter den Kulissen manchmal so für Aussagen getätigt werden.

Wer sich schon einschleimt wird belohnt. Chef sollte mal lernen Aufgaben abzugeben und mal den Mitarbeitern zu vertrauen, dass diese ihre Aufgaben schon erledigen. Man muss sich nicht in jeden Prozess reinhängen.

Büro ist sehr modern, Technik ist auch gut

Kommunikation zwischen Kollegen klappt ganz gut aber mit Vorgesetzen ist es teilweise eine Katastrophe. Wichtige Infos werden teils garnicht oder sehr kurzfristig mitgeteilt
