I worked in kerith for fair duration, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The workplace environment was toxic, primarily due to the founder's approach and management style. Despite my role and expertise, my suggestions were frequently dismissed by the inexperienced founder, who consistently prioritized cost-cutting over quality.
The founder's reluctance to adhere to basic project management principles created numerous challenges. Their approach often led to inefficient processes and compromised project outcomes. This disregard for proper project management standards not only hindered our work but also demoralized the team.
Post-termination, the company's behavior towards former employees is disheartening. They make you feel unwelcome if you attend office gatherings, further emphasizing the lack of respect and appreciation for their staff.You could be fired at anytime if you disagree or if employer found profit in removing your postion.
This tends to treat employees more like machines than humans, pushing them to their limits to extract maximum output. This relentless pressure leads to frequent exhaustion and burnout among the team.
Overall, my time here was marred by a toxic culture, poor management, and a lack of support for employees. I would caution prospective employees to consider these factors before joining the company.

What I like about working at Kerith is that we have a very diverse, young team and want to achieve something together. Due to the flat hierarchies and team sizes, you can and have to take on responsibility quickly. Working in a start-up often means dealing with new challenges and reacting quickly. This allows me to develop personally in many areas, learn a lot of new things and master challenges.
