Great Company!!!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
If you are proactive, creative, if you like to challenge and develop yourself professionally this is the right company for you.
I can really say in that to work in KHBoddin has helped me grow both professionally and personally!
The former name of the company is Karl H. Boddin Chemiehandel GmbH. I found more reviews under this name.
Work-Life-Balance
It’s a family company and you can really see how they care and put families first.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The directors have a very high concern for the environment and high morals. I have seen personally how in many cases they let business opportunities go, because they didn’t go along with their principles.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The directors have wide experience and knowledge and are eager to share them.
They invest a lot of time in personal coaching and are always open for conversation.
Kommunikation
There is a flat hierarchy, which allows fluent and open communication throughout the organization
