The only Kita I have worked at where the owner actually cares about the employees and the children over anything else.

I would suggest that they should continue to have shorter opening hours so that they attract families that care about the quality of the work that the teachers do instead of being one of the very few that are open late and attract families that just care about having a babysitter for as long as possible.

I am able to do my job the way that I prefer and do the things that I am passionate about. The owner focuses on the business aspect of the company and trusts the teachers to do their jobs the way that works best for them and almost always provides any materials that we say we need to do our job. It creates a really nice environment where everyone can grow the way they want to.

This company is the most transparent company I have ever worked for and I feel like I can always approach anyone including the owner with any issue and it will open for discussion.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
This is a tough one at the moment because of the current world situation. I feel this company does everything they can to help as much as possible, but could be better. Before the world flipped upside down, I felt like we were a family in the workplace. It's been shaken up, but slowly now after Covid, it feels it is getting back to that vibe.
Work-Life-Balance
There are some evenings and Saturdays expected from the employees. It's not too many, but sometimes it feels like too much. But on the other hand, the opening hours have been shortened and this was a huge help for obtaining a better work-life-balance. I am also able to request shifts that work well for me to work around my responsibilities outside of work as a mother.

As a parent, I would be so happy to have my child attend this Kita. They find very passionate teachers and provide us with what we need to offer the children an amazing Kita experience.

This company is amazing when it comes to supporting their employees to further their education and accomplish their professional goals for growth. I wish I could give more than 5 stars here!
