International, englishsprachiges Unternehmen.

The way no one is equal, there are people with privileges and people with just disadvantages
Having a professional relationship with colleagues is normally the standard in every European country. Gender and nationality should be irrelevant in a professional work environment.
Strong Negativity, colleagues are in a bad mood everyday, they are bored and unchallenged, generally unhappy and frustrated.
Don’t expect them to tell you good morning back when you come in the morning.
The company is renown for being conservative stuck in the 90s and unprofessional.
if you like to work overtime and have no life, this job is perfect for you
The focus is to keep employees insecure about their own capabilities and knowledge that is why these services are either not offered at all or when yes, not everyone has the privilege to take part to them.
As a young non-German woman, I had no chances to participate for as much as I wished to.
Everyone is against everybody, team work doesn't exist and everyone is ready to blame someone else for his/her own mistakes. Be prepared to face a harsh “survival of the fittest environment”. As new and junior employee in the company I had to take on the whole workload and full responsibilities, you will never get any type of help or support or have a Project explained properly. While you work hard, your male colleagues will go to the 6th Floor to play ping pong or watch a Football game.
Incorrect, unprofessional and characterized by talking behind each others back. You cannot trust your closer Team Colleague.
This is a very conservative and old fashioned company, this is reflected by their equipment. Personally I have never worked with such old equipment and software. I think that for the average Berlin Company, they have the oldest and most outdated telephones and computers. In my opinion, the rooms have old carpets which smell badly, people like me with Asthma or allergies will have a hard time in the company's offices.
The speciality of the communication in this company is that everything evolves through gossip and behind people's backs.
Under average, you will be less paid than in a Start-up Company.
young women have a disadvantage
This place is the death of a creative mind. No creativity, nothing can be changed, everything must be kept „like last year“.
You end up doing always the exact same identical thing, project by project, year by year...
Interesting projects
Little respect and small room for younger employees to grow. They are not allowed to attend any external seminars and conferences, due to the hierarchy restriction. High management is fighting against each other to gain better benefits.
Fix the corn problem: Trust
Your spirit shapes the company culture.
very political and extremely bad, a lot of gossips going around, event about the CEOs.
Good overtime management
so-so
Colleagues are staying together because they are on the same boat. Depends on the team, some team is very supportive, some is not.
as one of the 'elder' staff, there is to be honest quite little space for junior or young professionals to go up since all high positions are occupied.
Dominant and pretending
it's OK
Cannot say it is very transparent when it comes to decision making.
If you handle and negotiate well, it's not impossible to get good condition.
Great projects, really international
In my opinion, there is no better company to work for. I really like the familiar atmosphere and the opportunities I have in my field of work. I have the opportunity to be creative and to realize great events for clients day after day. It never gets boring and there is always something new to develop.
Company has grown impressively in size. Thus, some structures and processes could not develop that fast. That's something the employer is working on, but should have been done earlier. Nonetheless, this has no serious impact on my daily work.
Employer should invest more in technical infrastructure and office equipments, fostering more creativity, flexibility and efficiency.
Great people, challenging projects and lots of opportunities for a career in the field of conference and event management.
Image of the company is a little bit old fashioned and not in accordance with young team and innovative approach. Work in progress.
Working in the fields of conference and event management is not always easy. The job requires a willingness to travel and sometimes work longer and on weekends. However, that is the business.
There are many very good opportunities for further education such as in-house workshops and paid courses. Management is highly interested in employee trainings.
Fair payment with very good additional revenue participation.
Very strong awareness of environmental protection. Have own task force for sustainability for company and projects.
Great team environment and spirit. It's a little bit like a family,.
There is no difference between elder and younger colleagues.
Always fair and team oriented.
Good technical and logistcal infrastructure. Mobile working is encouraged. Offices could be bigger. Unfortunately, there is no canteen.
Regular company meetings, but having more would be better. Good use of tools for internal communications.
Equality is not an issue, because it goes without saying.
Mostly challenging, sometimes tricky but always interesting job. Definitely the best job I ever had.
Extremly generous with employees and working conditions.
Nothing.
Becoming more restrictive against employees who play on K.I.T. Group.
