Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I have been working at this company for a long time, and based on the experience I’ve gained, I will try to lay out the truths for you.

To be honest, I joined this company after reading the positive reviews here, but the reality is nothing like that. Do not let the positive comments mislead you.

As someone who has personally witnessed and painfully experienced it, I can say that everything told during interviews—the image they project—consists purely of empty promises designed to lure you in.

The best way to judge a company is to see if the long-term employees are still there. If they aren't, or if they are leaving one by one, walk away quietly.

This is a place where justice and equality are mere words, and friendship or communication is almost non-existent. I can even say many employees faced significant unfairness; I know this because they are no longer here. Solidarity? I haven't seen any.

The office is quiet because everyone is just trying to finish their work and leave as soon as possible. And they are right to do so. While the engineering department might look fine from the outside, the reality is different. However, the production team is where the real issues are. So many people have left, and the majority of them were veteran employees. The fact that experienced staff are leaving only to be replaced by nearly entry-level individuals explains the situation clearly. It seems this trend is most prominent in that department. It’s becoming an environment where the deserving leave and the undeserving stay.

It has turned into a place where the owners remain silent or turn a blind eye to what’s happening, while department managers act however they please. Decisions made behind closed doors, unnecessary pressure, blame-shifting, and egos are the norm.

This place has become one where personal decisions are made by team managers and their assistants, rather than where justice and equality prevail.

I won’t be staying here much longer either; I’m planning to leave soon. My advice: there are much better places out there. Don't waste your time here.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

It would be a pointless effort.

People & Culture Team

Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. We want you to know that we read it carefully and don't take it lightly.

We're genuinely sorry that this is how your experience has felt. The fact that someone who has been part of kiutra for a long time feels this way matters to us. No one should feel like fairness, communication, or solidarity is missing from their workplace, and if that's how it has felt to you, we want to acknowledge that directly.

That said, we'd like to share that this isn't the picture we see when we look at the company as a whole or in our regular feedback meetings and conversations with employees across teams. That doesn't make your experience less real; it simply means we may be looking at things from different perspectives, and we think that gap is worth talking about.

We do want to address one point where we can speak to the facts. The impression that "many long-tenured employees are leaving" doesn't reflect our actual employee retention data. Our overall turnover has remained low, and over the past two years only a very small number of employees with several years of tenure have left the company. The majority of departures have been working students and interns. We don't share this to dismiss your experience, but because we think it's important that readers also have factual context alongside personal impressions.

If you're still with us, we would really value the chance to sit down and talk, whether that's with leadership directly or through P&C, in whatever way feels most comfortable to you. And even if you've already decided to move on, we'd still welcome hearing more from you, because specific feedback can genuinely shape how we do things going forward.

We wish you well, wherever this next step takes you.

Kind regards,
P&C Team
