Good customers and projects. Good office and central location with a nice rooftop and free breakfast.
No respect for workers, which are required to work 10-12 hrs a day with no extra pay/no extra holidays. High turnover of employees for this reason. Workers are numbers, and all replacable. Bad company culture. Bad balance private live - work.
Only long hours, it is normal a 10hrs working days, with weeks with peaks of 12-13hrs and weekend work is not compensated. Also, management is not awarding good work or is not thankful for all the extra work employees put - all is given!
Very nice colleagues, but everybody is stressed
No recognition of work of their employees, bad communication overall, conflicts are often happening
A lot of stress, everybody is overworked. High turnover of employees for a reason!
Interesting customers (all big companies, with international campaigns)
A dynamic culture in progress - maybe not for everyone if you want 'set in stone' structures, but I like it. There is a focus on community.
No clear milestones, no clear direction at least not discussed/shared with everyone.
More structures, clearer responsibilities, even distributed workload among the team and sometimes clearer communication would be great.
There is much more happening than people would expect and know about.
At the moment a lot happening but there is some talk of change - will have to happen though!
Great individuals always aiming to get stuff done as a group. Mostly a very supportive culture where people help each other out.
Open, airy office.
Could be better but in comparison to other agencies definitely scoring well.
The office location is ok.
Change the management!
My colleagues
I mentioned everything before. It’s a good company for people after uni who are not having a life next to work.
Treads people like adults and with respect. Pay them accurate and fair. Everyone works longer and is doing 200% but employees not seeing anything from the winning pitches.
Work, Work, Work - The agancy is permanently understaffed. The workload is insane. You come early and you stay long. “You have hobbies at the weekend? - Maybe this is not the right job for you” People and especially the management is overwhelmed, unempathic and it’s chaotic. Managers are living in a cloud. No direct, honest and on time communication internal and with the clients.
Definition of good work are “long hours”. Employees work during the nights, weekends. You can’t plan things with friends and family. Manager are asking questions like “do you have something better to do tonight?” If you want to have a normal life, don’t start working here.
If you stay years, work always then you might become higher. There are no briefings or further educations Programm. No support for anything.
Colleagues try to support each other as much as possible but as I mentioned before. Everyone is concentrated in there work and stressed.
Quote from one CEO about the high fluctuation topic “everyone is replaceable”. No empathy, no appreciation, no support, no thank you after working 12-14 hours. This CEO is screaming to direct managers. Direct Manager are crazy overwhemed and living in clouds. No aware of problems in the teams or on projects. Promising things but no doing anything.
No company phone but you have to work with your private one for blogging, social media or other things. Super old laptops.
There is no communication! People are stressed, scared and everyone has so much to do that important things are not in the table. In the last moment things wich are not working should be fixed e.g a day before a trade fair.
Salary is basic and kind of okay for a normal 40hrs week. If you calculate your hourly rate it’s not even minimum wage. There are no social benefits. Nothing.
The work is interesting in general. You can learn a lot. Depends on the client how “free” you are. They wasn’t to be a creative aganecy but if the client doesn’t like something they will not try to change the mind because they are afraid to “loose” the client.
Internationale Atmosphäre, Kollegen
Work Life Balance; Management besteht aus schweigenden oder cholerischen Männern
generell besseres Management
Gut.
Fühlt sich an wie ein Startup
Extrem innovative Projekte, sehr internationales Umfeld
