The working hours within the compulsory internship were generally clearly scheduled and structured, providing a fixed framework. However, in exceptional cases, individual arrangements could be made for important appointments.
Even during periods of higher workload, care was taken to ensure that breaks were observed and that the working day ended on time in order to prevent overwork, even though I sometimes enjoyed the work so much that I would have liked to stay a bit longer. ;)

The tasks were overall varied and practical. If certain activities were occasionally repetitive, I was able to complete them more quickly through gained routine and continuously improved, which I found very positive.

A large proportion of the tasks could be completed independently, while support was always available when needed if I got stuck.
The working atmosphere is lively and remains consistently positive despite deadlines. Several times a week, structured meetings take place in which feedback is openly discussed. Music also contributes to a good atmosphere and can be freely chosen. If motivation drops, support is provided, and it is also possible to take a short mental break without it being seen negatively.
Interactions within the team are respectful and quickly develop into an equal, open level, which often leads to friendly relationships. During breaks, people often eat together in the common room, and there are regular team activities to which everyone is invited. Performance is appreciated, and progress is recognized at an early stage.
