Pressure is high, objections are not desired. Every quarter they say we need to give a bit more for this quarter, because it's a crucial one. Unfortunately that's the case for every quarter...

Salary is fine, but they take benefit after benefit over the years.

Technically Kleinanzeigen would be a sustainable company, and there are some efforts, but since they just stick AI on everything now, this is gone (data centers, water shortages, etc, you know the whole story). And there is no reflection about that.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The colleagues are nice, though they hire more and more difficult people (hire and fire mentality) , especially in management positions.

We have almost none.

Some managers are nice, most are problematic, and when problematic behaviour occurs, it's not the managers being warned but their employees who are slowly being pushed out of the company.
Arbeitsbedingungen
They are forcing us back into the office, even though we worked remotely for 6 years and the company is doing just fine and even better every year.
Kommunikation
Where do I even start here. The management team is sitting in an ivory tower and the communication is very insentivie, unempathetic and dismissive. They lately removed the anonymity from the Slido questions because they had too many critical questions.
Gleichberechtigung
Almost no women in higher leadership positions in the Product & Tech department.

The tasks come from high above, so waterfall hierarchy.
