Stressful. There is no clear vision and the targets and projectc change on a weekly or monthly basis for at least the last 3-4 years

Very poor and passive agressive communication from the higher-ups

The colleagues are cool but management, not so much.

It does not exist. Certain higher-ups expect you to be available 24/7 with no extra pay.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
This is very bad and passive aggressive. One superior labeled the kununu score "statistically wrong" simply because it wasn't a 5/5.

They prefer hiring from outside when internal talent exists. They claim there's no budget for giving an internal employee a pay raise but then turn around and hire externally at a 50% premium.
