Its an ivory tower situation. Topics are being pushed down - when you complain openly, you get silenced. Our works council deals with horrible cases which are mainly caused by incompetent leadership.

Communications currently drive the strategy to provoce people and once they complain, HR has a reason to give an official first warning. It‘s all about reducing the workforce „naturally“

It used to be great - now it‘s a show off and slime competition.

Homeoffice is still available, which is a huge plus. But that will end in December. Everyone will need to get back into the office.
