On job openings: we run an internal careers page alongside the external one, and also highlight new roles in our monthly HR newsletter so KNIMErs don’t miss them. The idea is to give visibility on both current hiring needs and opportunities that are open only internally.
On flexibility: we do try to adapt processes to individual needs where possible. At the same time, some parts are standardised on purpose, like asking similar questions to all candidates. The goal here isn’t rigidity, but fairness: it helps us check role fit consistently and reduce bias.
