What I like about the employer
Das moderne Mindset, dass man mit der Zeit geht und nicht auf alt/konservative Maßnahmen stehen bleibt.
Auch, dass es immer etwas zum verbessern gibt und das durchgezogen wird und auch spezifisch danach gesucht wird um optimalen Komfort und Effektivität balancieren zu können
What I dislike about the employer
Nicht wirklich schlecht, aber eine größere Kanzlei für mehr neue Arbeitnehmer. Da die jetzige etwas kleiner ist und somit sind Praktikanten oder Neulinge schwerer unterzubringen.

Es wird auf Wünsche eingegangen und vieles wird möglich gemacht wie zum Beispiel Arbeit im homeoffice.
Nette Arbeitsatmosphäre und flache Hierarchien.
Viele benefits wie bezahlte Parkplätze, Job Ticket, Getränke , Alterszusatzversorgung, Jobrad, Dienstwagen etc
