What I dislike about the employer
Schlechte Bezahlung, viele Überstunden, kein Urlaubs und Weihnachtsgeld.
In der Saison soll man auch Samstags und Sonntags arbeiten.
Es wird einen viel versprochen und man reißt sich den Arch auf. Die tun immer so sozial aber nach der Saison schmeißen sie einen doch raus wenn sie dich nicht mehr brauchen.
Zum Glück werden überall Lagerristen gesucht wo man keine falsche Versprechungen bekommt.

Sicherlich variiert die Atmosphäre je nach Abteilung und Konjunktur. Allerdings ist die Arbeitsatmosphäre durchweg als freundlich und angenehm zu bezeichnen.

Arbeitsatmosphäre an sich top mit den Arbeitskollegen immer verstanden
Salary/Social benefits
Gehalt ist halt Mindestlohn, aber man kann mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung mehr verlangen oder einfach mal mit dem Vorgesetzten reden.
Collegiality
Ganz okay. Ab und zu gibt es Streit, aber das wird zügig geklärt.

Kommunikation hat eher gefehlt und meistens sehr hart und kurz über Chat
