Personalabteilung
Schönes Büro in zentraler Lage
You can get to meet people with different culture background, and some open-minded professionals. Good parties (sometimes)
Too many. Not recommended, especially for students who is just out of colleague, or someone who has a little bit working experience.
Review their product, shift their focuses, Change their culture and management
If you and your team member get along it is fine. But some people really demotivate you, they claim they are busy, but you see they are browsing on the internet, watching youtube shows 80% of the work time. These people really de-motivate you instead, especially when they actually get a compliment by managers who has no clue.
Sometimes the Media report is not always correct
There are some comments here saying that if you say Work Life Balance in the office out loud, you will be pretty much done. This is very true. You will probably be remembered by the manager as 'not doing a good job'; and you can forget about salary increase or career development during the time when you are there, even if you are doing your job, improving within a really bad environment; the performance review is very subjective and not transparent. People who sit on the desk working full 8 hours (stick with break time of 1 hour), is never good enough comparing someone who work 1 hour, spend other working hours walking around, browsing internet, claim to be very busy, then delivered something after 7pm or 8pm in the night (which probably only take 20 mins to do). It really depends on how you want to 'play' it.
No career for you, unless you are a 'player' and knows how to get along with one of the important person in higher management level
The performance review and salary increase, job title changes are very subjective.
The business is pretty unethical, by lending crazy interest rate loans to poor people, no matter how they marketing themselves, these are the facts. Not to mention social awareness.
Most colleagues are very open minded, and supported each other when there are hard time.
There are not so many elder colleagues; but with the atmosphere, I do not see they can adapt to this place.
There are a few good bosses, who actually care about the staff development, and about the daily work. These kind of bosses are getting less and less. Mostly employees having a feeling that they only care how their image is in front of C-levels. Competent bosses, who really want to make a change, and has the ability to do so got too frustrated and left, so are competent employees.
coffee machine, and fruits available
It is a company with very diversified culture. Sometimes it is culture related, sometimes it is about some men can not stand to be told what to do by a woman, sometimes it is about management level do not care what your difficulties are, they just need result, no time to care or to support. So even if you tried your best at lousy working environment, you only get a superficial thank you (no salary increase, no title change, no fair valuation of your treatment) when you decided to leave, so that there won't be a bad reputation or image for them, or a potential lawsuit. But, the general communication between normal colleagues are good
They probably do not know what Equality is. You hear, and see so many unfair things happen to people. If you want to earn your equality, you better play along.
It really depends on which department you are working for. For this rated department, not so much, all pretty standard work, just very difficult to make it happen due to people and technical issues.
Fruit in the break room. Good coffee machine.
Pretty much everything else.
Find a new line of work.
People do move to get things done.
They put a very good image up, but after leaving, every recruiter I spoke to mentioned that all the candidates they see from Kreditech have nothing good to say about the company.
You won't last long if you say the words "work-life balance" out loud in this office.
None, unless you're good friends with a C-level.
They balk at paying a fair wage, and if you do manage to negotiate a respectable salary for your experience, you can expect that to be held against you for the duration of your tenure.
Social awareness: this one gets negative points. These guys make their business by kicking poor people when they are down. Don't expect them to be anything other than greedy fiends.
If you are from Ukraine, you'll do fine, because there's a tight group here fighting to keep hold of the CTO, covering up the fact that they're one of the worst development teams - ever. If you're not, then keep your head down and just do what you're told.
If you have good experience and are competent at what you do, you won't be welcome. About the only people who are, are college kids who are don't know anything and will just do as they're told.
C-level management are unable to accept advice from competent, experienced people. During my tenure I saw three good people come and go within a matter of weeks. Dunner-Kruger is in full effect here.
Very pretty office, good coffee machine, etc. - which, for a company that has no on-site customers, is an enormous error that sets off a burn rate which will chew through funding with amazing velocity.
Upper management will routinely lie and backstab in order to maintain facvored status with the incompetents at C-level. Don't even bother trying to improve things.
Setting up a new lending platform and dealing with the various legal issues is certainly interesting. The business model is thoroughly unethical (payday loans), but interesting, sure.

Flexibilität in der Arbeitszeit
Viele hängen den "guten alten Startup Zeiten" hinterher und denken nicht daran, dass sie selbst dazu beitragen können Kreditech heute zum "place to be" zu machen!
Mehr Team building / auch cross functional
- keinw marktfähigen Produkte
- C-Level MA welches Gefü,Mitarbeiter und Investoren täuscht
nichts
no management
die nutzen dich aus und dann raus
Nice collegues with solidarity and integrity, beautiful office
Bad communication, intense pressure over unimportant tasks, little intel/information for the employees, hire and fire is business as usual, bad tone, bad reputation that is very spot on. Suggestions for improvement are blocked and ignored
New structure, depend less on investors, open communication with the employees
Great team. Most of them are great to work with.
Poor organizational skills. No experience nor professionalism to run such a business in the top and mid management team. No leadership skills available.
By the way, we are asked on a regular basis to create faked positive ratings here and at other places. (Sometimes we are forced to do so with higher priority than our actual work)
Definitely get some people in the management team who have some idea how to run teams, projects and are hands-on enough to have the knowledge
Super motivated team of very bright and strong professionals. I've learn a lot from the environment and my temporary colleagues.
It's a demanding environment. Often, you will have to work long hours and a very fast paced environment.
So verdient kununu Geld.
