Gehalt/Benefits
I think I was fairly compensated. I know some who were not satisfied with the compensation but then the company gives opportunity to prove yourself. There are opportunity for getting premiums(weekly and Monthly). If someone is consistent in his/her performance then they are promoted. An argument like "I have been working for 15 years +not performing and therefore need a grade raise would be unfair for the person who is working for 3 years but is performing more/Flexible"
