What I like about the employer
Ich schätze es sehr, dass sie versuchen, die Leidenschaften aller Mitarbeiter irgendwie in deren Arbeit zu integrieren, sodass man sogar mit der Firma als Person wachsen kann. Außerdem finde ich es toll, dass sich die Priorität gesetzt wurde, möglichst allen das Gefühl zu geben gesehen, gehört und wertgeschätzt zu werden.

Die Arbeitsatmosphäre im Büro ist durchweg angenehm und herzlich. Schon am ersten Tag wurde ich super freundlich empfangen und habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Es herrscht ein respektvoller und gleichzeitig lockerer Umgang miteinander, der das tägliche Arbeiten sehr angenehm macht.
Work-Life Balance
Die Arbeitszeiten sind fair und flexibel, sodass sich Beruf und Privatleben gut miteinander vereinbaren lassen. Es wird einem viel Vertrauen und Verantwortung diesbezüglich entgegengebracht. Man kann sich seine Zeit gut einteilen, was ich sehr schätze. Jedoch muss man dann auch für sich seine Grenzen setzen können.
Collegiality
Der Zusammenhalt im Team ist wirklich besonders. Alle sind offen, hilfsbereit und haben immer ein offenes Ohr – egal ob für fachliche Fragen oder einfach mal einen kurzen Austausch zwischendurch.

Das Büro ist modern, groß und gleichzeitig gemütlich. Es gibt viele schöne Details, die das Arbeiten hier angenehmer machen … von bequemen Arbeitsplätzen über Besprechungs- und Rückzugsräumen sowie eine große Küche mit allerlei Snacks und Getränken. Man bekommt hier alles, was man braucht.

The company and its employees are very warm and welcoming to new people. You get included in tasks that are relevant to you, and your opinion matters. The work culture is open, and you have a lot of freedom. As long as you get your tasks done, you can have a flexible schedule.

Das Unternehmen hat intern ein internationales Umfeld, aber als Agentur ein sehr gutes Verständnis für den deutschen Markt und den PR-Bereich. Ich würde es als einen technik- und designaffinen Arbeitsplatz beschreiben, an dem man sowohl von Vorgesetzten unterstützt als auch von Kollegen gefördert wird.

Für Agentur Standards - ich habe da meine Erfahrungen gesammelt - ist die Work-Life-Balance bei Laika sehr gut. In der PR lassen sich gelegentliche Überstunden nicht vermeiden. Mehrarbeit lässt sich aber in der Regel gut ausgleichen und sie nimmt nicht Überhand. Die Mitarbeitenden bekommen außerdem einen Mindfullness Day im Jahr, an dem man sich ganz auf das eigene Wohlbefinden konzentriert kann.

Zum einen ist das Unternehmen noch recht jung, zum anderen kommen soweit ich weiß auch nicht so viele Bewerbungen von potenziellen älteren Kolleg*innen. Meine Einschätzung ist, dass die ältesten Kolleg*innen Mitte 40 sind. Da ist noch Luft nach oben.
