I interviewed in March 2025 and was told I would receive feedback afterward. Unfortunately, despite waiting for a long time, Until now Feb 2026 I never heard back from the company.
While the interview itself was fine, the lack of follow-up communication was disappointing and felt unprofessional. A short update or rejection would have been appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize that you did not receive follow-up communication after your interview. Providing timely feedback is very important to us, and we regret that in this case we fell short of our own standards.

We would also like to clarify that we did not have an official opening for a “Business Development Manager” position during that period. It is possible there may have been some confusion with another role (potentially our internship position) which received a very high volume of applications at the time. While this does not excuse the lack of communication, it may help explain how this oversight occurred.

Regardless, we understand how disappointing it is to wait for feedback and not receive a response. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use it as an opportunity to improve our communication processes going forward.
