First destination in my career and I couldn‘t have found a better place to start. It‘s really structured!
Very productive environment, leaning into best practices wherever possible.
40 days vacation possible for 5% of salary after one year tenure. High trust culture (but there‘s some workload).
Hiring kind superstars - overperformers that stick together (though at the end i found that cross-functional work could have been slightly better)
Documentation and communication is something constantly iterated on - never found a company again with such structured communication guidelines and knowledge management.
Huge variety in projects
Die Mission, das Produkt, das Office, das Team, das Offer, die Benefits, das Hybrid-Modell u. v. m.
Ich kann aktuell nichts finden.
Aktuell alles in Ordnung.
Sehr faires, starkes Offer-Package. Einige Benefits wurden nicht einmal stark beworben, obwohl sie klasse sind.
Diversity & Equality werden hier großgeschrieben und respektiert.
Great benefits (incl. development budget, and mental health support), great feedback culture, lots of development opportunities, and a really cool product.
Work on internal communication and more support in change management processes.
Currently a lot of changes with a lack of change management support for leaders and teams.
It's up to each person how they want to organize their day but there is room for flexibility, and it's possible to incorporate work into daily life with different responsibilities.
There is a lot of support for learning through a development budget and learning opportunities. On the other hand, there is a lack of internal career advancement in some departments.
Overall great atmosphere between colleagues. Everyone is generally kind, humble, and assumes the best intentions.
The Berlin office is great!
The leadership team could get better at communicating updates, changes and overall strategy to the team. This is already being worked on.
The people, office, and atmosphere are unbeatable. I like the product and the ambitions.
More enablement of the leadership groups; Overall, the company could use more seniority.
Transparency and open communication, focus on employees, great company culture, feedback oriented, great development opportunities and benefits
Nothing really, I enjoy working at Leapsome
Very welcoming atmosphere with super nice office in the center of Berlin
They offer a learning budget to spend on workshops/training
Young and ambitious team who supports each other
Transparent and open communication across all levels
Great autonomy & empowerment
Very supportive, caring & transparent management
Feedback & learning-oriented culture
Everybody lives up to the values, and they're really embedded within the processes & daily workflows
Humble, down-to-earth & very approachable founders and management
Great cross-team collaboration & synergy
Amazing product with great product market fit that's easy to sell and showcase ROI and impact
Awesome events & parties
Keep the great care & focus on your people!
Great vibes in the office! Great collaboration between the teams. Very friendly and employee-centric, quite enjoy it!
People are happy overall and energy levels are high which is always a good sign :)
Guess this always depends on individual preferences, but for me it works great! There's a high level of trust & autonomy from my manager on doing my work in the best possible way that works for me, which means flexible working hours, flexibility on home office vs. office days, remote work etc.
One of the perks of being in a people enablement company is you get to enjoy all the benefits that come with it :) It's a learning oriented culture, so there's plenty of support not only from managers and having an annual budget, but there's a regular cadence of workshops, trainings, knowledge exchange etc.
Fairly paid and above market. The bonus is pretty attractive and can get you way above the market if you're hitting your quota. Plus there's a very good VSOP program in place.
I love that we actually have an employee resource group dedicated to this, they've been doing some really cool things.
There's great synergy and collaboration cross teams and departments, which makes the work much more fun and fulfilling.
Very transparent on every level. I especially like how committed the Founders are to the culture and fostering a great bond & transparency within the company. They still take the time to participate in every onboarding session with new joiners and keep an open-door policy for coffee chats.
I especially like the transparency on diversity stats within the leadership team and overall across the board. We have a pretty solid and balanced ratio of different diversity and underrepresented groups at each level, plus the compensation policy is tailored in a way that doesn't allow any gaps in salary in regards to gender or different groups. And the people team really take great care of ensuring equality and fostering a culture of inclusivity.
Oooh yes! This is why I joined the company in the first place, and very happy to see it's still very much the case. It's a scale-up, so there's plenty of opportunities and exciting & challenging topics to tackle around every corner.
The title already says it, I truly think that the feedback culture is amazing at Leapsome. Everyone is super supportive and provides valuable feedback in order to support each other‘s professsional, and also personal, growth.
Also, no matter which level you are, your input will be appreciated and you have the chance to make a real impact!
I felt welcome from the minute I entered the office for the first time!
Every full-time employee is granted an annual budget for development purposes!
Transparency, inclusive company culture, team events to encourage top culture inside the specific team, benefits, and perks are good too.
Nothing really
The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming! I feel appreciated and valued at work both personally and professionally.
Relatively high salary for students
In Leapsome, it does not matter how old you are and how senior you are in your position - everyone is treated with respect and is equal!
Constant support from the supervisor/manager, weekly meetings to discuss ups and downs, and any questions and concerns.
Great office location with kitchen, drinks, and snacks. In summer time, working in our backyard is the best! Macbooks as working computers
Internal communication is on point - people are responsive and always open to help each other.
Depending on the role and seniority
As someone who has changed career, I quickly got a lot of responsibility for my own customers and projects, so I was able to learn a lot in a short amount of time. Leapsome has a strong feedback culture that promotes personal development. The team is incredibly welcoming and even private hardships are taken up warm-hearted and supportive - I am very grateful for that!
Keep on growing and optimizing the processes
Leapsome has a generous development budget for each employee so that everyone can develop their skills further.
- Focus on Development
- Culture and Communication
- The Team - just amazing
- 360 support
- The Leadership team is pro actively responding on feedback
- Can not think of anything
Everyone is really supportive smart and driven. It is fast paced and truly fun to work with people who are that engaged and highly motivated while bringing so many different talent. There is focussed work time and time to relax and connect.
There can be busy times so you need to know how to organize yourself well.
On the other hand there is flexibility on remote working and if you need to fit in a doctors appointment or walk to the cityhall it will be accommodated.
Budget to develope yourself and support to make it happen
In our team we hold each other’s back. And support each other where needed.
Cant really judge this as majority of the workforce is young. Considering the welcoming atmosphere regardless of who you are and what your background is I would be surprised if older colleagues where not treated equally
Transparency is lived. Feedback to management is acted on. Information are freely shared and trust is a basis for working together.
Lovely office
Good equipment
One can openly ask questions to anyone and one receives timely answers.
Feedback is important and shared openly with a focus on growth and celebrating achievement.
Different tasks.
Exciting and varied customers.
You can define some of your focus areas
So verdient kununu Geld.
