First destination in my career and I couldn‘t have found a better place to start. It‘s really structured!
Very productive environment, leaning into best practices wherever possible.
40 days vacation possible for 5% of salary after one year tenure. High trust culture (but there‘s some workload).
Hiring kind superstars - overperformers that stick together (though at the end i found that cross-functional work could have been slightly better)
Documentation and communication is something constantly iterated on - never found a company again with such structured communication guidelines and knowledge management.
Huge variety in projects
Die Mission, das Produkt, das Office, das Team, das Offer, die Benefits, das Hybrid-Modell u. v. m.
Ich kann aktuell nichts finden.
Aktuell alles in Ordnung.
Sehr faires, starkes Offer-Package. Einige Benefits wurden nicht einmal stark beworben, obwohl sie klasse sind.
Diversity & Equality werden hier großgeschrieben und respektiert.
Great benefits (incl. development budget, and mental health support), great feedback culture, lots of development opportunities, and a really cool product.
Work on internal communication and more support in change management processes.
Currently a lot of changes with a lack of change management support for leaders and teams.
It's up to each person how they want to organize their day but there is room for flexibility, and it's possible to incorporate work into daily life with different responsibilities.
There is a lot of support for learning through a development budget and learning opportunities. On the other hand, there is a lack of internal career advancement in some departments.
Overall great atmosphere between colleagues. Everyone is generally kind, humble, and assumes the best intentions.
The Berlin office is great!
The leadership team could get better at communicating updates, changes and overall strategy to the team. This is already being worked on.
Great interaction with each other, motivated and smart people who are extremely friendly and helpful
Fair and competitive salary imO
Would describe it as very good - each team seems very close.
Very nice office in Berlin
It could be better top-down sometimes, but a lot of work is being done, and we have, per se, a very open, transparent communication. Plus, the founders take time to plan coffee chats with the employees. Especially in a growth phase, you have to work on it, but all in all, it's good and way better than in my previous companies.
Could be more diverse, but we are already super international and have many female leaders as well
Transparency and open communication, focus on employees, great company culture, feedback oriented, great development opportunities and benefits
Nothing really, I enjoy working at Leapsome
Very welcoming atmosphere with super nice office in the center of Berlin
They offer a learning budget to spend on workshops/training
Young and ambitious team who supports each other
Transparent and open communication across all levels
Great autonomy & empowerment
Very supportive, caring & transparent management
Feedback & learning-oriented culture
Everybody lives up to the values, and they're really embedded within the processes & daily workflows
Humble, down-to-earth & very approachable founders and management
Great cross-team collaboration & synergy
Amazing product with great product market fit that's easy to sell and showcase ROI and impact
Awesome events & parties
Keep the great care & focus on your people!
Great vibes in the office! Great collaboration between the teams. Very friendly and employee-centric, quite enjoy it!
People are happy overall and energy levels are high which is always a good sign :)
Guess this always depends on individual preferences, but for me it works great! There's a high level of trust & autonomy from my manager on doing my work in the best possible way that works for me, which means flexible working hours, flexibility on home office vs. office days, remote work etc.
One of the perks of being in a people enablement company is you get to enjoy all the benefits that come with it :) It's a learning oriented culture, so there's plenty of support not only from managers and having an annual budget, but there's a regular cadence of workshops, trainings, knowledge exchange etc.
Fairly paid and above market. The bonus is pretty attractive and can get you way above the market if you're hitting your quota. Plus there's a very good VSOP program in place.
I love that we actually have an employee resource group dedicated to this, they've been doing some really cool things.
There's great synergy and collaboration cross teams and departments, which makes the work much more fun and fulfilling.
Very transparent on every level. I especially like how committed the Founders are to the culture and fostering a great bond & transparency within the company. They still take the time to participate in every onboarding session with new joiners and keep an open-door policy for coffee chats.
I especially like the transparency on diversity stats within the leadership team and overall across the board. We have a pretty solid and balanced ratio of different diversity and underrepresented groups at each level, plus the compensation policy is tailored in a way that doesn't allow any gaps in salary in regards to gender or different groups. And the people team really take great care of ensuring equality and fostering a culture of inclusivity.
Oooh yes! This is why I joined the company in the first place, and very happy to see it's still very much the case. It's a scale-up, so there's plenty of opportunities and exciting & challenging topics to tackle around every corner.
The people at Leapsome are so nice to each other. You feel welcome from the very first day. Leapsome has a very strong feedback culture, which allows you to improve and get praise for great work. The office is very nice and there are a ton of great places to eat nearby in the heart of Berlin.
Hybrid working allows me to work from home or our great office. Apart from that, we have the option to work from whereever we want for 2 months/year. You want to enjoy a warm and sunny winter in South Africa? No problem at Leapsome.
Especially through the Future of Work Program, young professionals have the opportunity to have a great learning curve after they finish their university to start a great Sales & Customer Success career.
Average Salary for working students
Every year the company donates to all different kind of social projects. The employees can vote where those donations will go to. In 2021 Leapsome donated more than 34.000€.
As described before, people care for each other and make sure to have a great time together at Leapsome.
We are a very young team and there are no old colleagues.
Great office, newest MacBooks as working computer
The hole team comes together more than once a week, every employee is informed about important company related topics. Weekly's and 1:1s allow you to stay in touch with your team and manager. Coffee chats are very welcomed here. Just take your time and get to know your colleagues better.
We are a very diverse team with people from different countries and different genders across all positions and levels. In my day-2-day work, I do not feel any neglects as a working student in comparison to FTE. Unfortunately, interns & working students do not benefit from the development budget and 30 days of vacation.
First time in my life had fully remote onboarding and it was super nice, though I am working from a different city, I truly feel bounds with my team. Moreover, people from all over the company are very friendly and open and welcoming!
Flexible working time as well as flexible working location, love it
Good and clear communication here, also honest opinion is very welcomed as well as critisism
Always transparent and honest
I think company tries to tackle important problems and founders truly believe in their vision and that is very motivating
Feedback culture is key - at Leapsome everyones opinion is appreciated and welcome. Leads take feedback seriously and work with it.
Never heard anyone in the team complaining, also working at Leapsome totally matched my high expectations. Leapsome has also a good reputation in the industry
Everyone is their own responsible. You can take vacation whenever you want, and no one will side-eye you for leaving earlier or coming later if you have important appointments. All in all very open to everyones individual rhythm and way of doing things. And very important: Dogs are allowed in the office!!
We have a development budget that we can use for Workshops, courses etc.
The salary is well benchmarked in the market average, therefore we have a budget for personal development (courses etc.) and an Urban Sports Club Membership
At Leapsome we have the possibility to donate parts of our bonus to charities and do that regularly. In the offices we separate waste and try to be as sustainable as possible with fairtrade coffee etc.
The team is great - you feel welcome and valued from day 1. There are team events, offsites, coffee chats and a lot of space for social interaction
hard to tell as we are a rather young team - however I cannot imagine that there would be any problems.
Very open to giving and receiving Feedback, fair when it comes to goal setting and engaged to support in the best way possible
We got all equipment that we need and the possibility to order things for our home office setup. The offices are beautiful and well located in the middle of berlins hipster center with heaps of lunch possibilities and bars after work ;)
All announcements (big or small) are shared in our standups or all-hands, goals and strategy are communicated in a clear manner and also among colleagues I never encountered a lack of communication
never encountered a situation where this wasn't the case
No day at Leapsome is like the other. I have calls with super cool clients from all different industries and company sizes and besides that there is always a lot of interesting OKR work and projects/ initiatives you can join.
- Focus on Development
- Culture and Communication
- The Team - just amazing
- 360 support
- The Leadership team is pro actively responding on feedback
- Can not think of anything
Everyone is really supportive smart and driven. It is fast paced and truly fun to work with people who are that engaged and highly motivated while bringing so many different talent. There is focussed work time and time to relax and connect.
There can be busy times so you need to know how to organize yourself well.
On the other hand there is flexibility on remote working and if you need to fit in a doctors appointment or walk to the cityhall it will be accommodated.
Budget to develope yourself and support to make it happen
In our team we hold each other’s back. And support each other where needed.
Cant really judge this as majority of the workforce is young. Considering the welcoming atmosphere regardless of who you are and what your background is I would be surprised if older colleagues where not treated equally
Transparency is lived. Feedback to management is acted on. Information are freely shared and trust is a basis for working together.
Lovely office
Good equipment
One can openly ask questions to anyone and one receives timely answers.
Feedback is important and shared openly with a focus on growth and celebrating achievement.
Different tasks.
Exciting and varied customers.
You can define some of your focus areas
So verdient kununu Geld.
