An dem Arbeitgeber eigendlich nur die "PÜNKTLICHE" Gehaltszahlung.
What I dislike about the employer
Das man sich nicht auf gegebene Aussagen verlassen kann.
Verlangt wird,sich an Absprachen &Verträge zu halten,ohne es selbst zu tun.
Das man sich nicht auf sein Wort verlassen kann.
Das mündliche Absprachen nur dann als gültig anerkannt werden,wenn sie zum Vorteil des Arbeitgebers ausfallen.
Das er nicht in der Lage ist,sich persönlich mit Mitarbeitern auseinander zu setzen,sondern fast nur über dritte.
Das man jedem gegebenen Wort ausschließlich glauben darf,wenn es vertraglich festgehalten wird.

Ehrlicher zu sein.
Zum gegebenen Wort stehen,anstatt Tatsachen und Absprachen zu verdrehen.

Kommt immer auf die Tagesform an,wie die Atmosphäre sich entwickelt....meistens nicht zum angenehmsten.

Das Miteinander, welches hier gepflegt wird.

Eine bessere Arbeitsatmosphäre hätte ich mir nicht wünschen können. geschweige habe ich so in de Art noch nicht erlebt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und bin froh so tolle Kollegen und eine so kompetente Geschäftsführung zu haben.
