What I like about the employer
Was ich an Leverest besonders schätze, ist die Möglichkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten. Als Werkstudentin profitiere ich von einer hohen Flexibilität, die es mir ermöglicht, meine Arbeit optimal mit meinem Studium zu vereinbaren. Darüber hinaus werde ich als vollwertiges Mitglied des Teams betrachtet, und die flachen Hierarchien fördern ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld.

What I like about the employer
Culture, appreciation, culture of ownership, freedom and responsibility, great compensation package including VSOP. Quarterly in-person team events/offsites where we all come together; spending quality time & creating joint experiences.
Working atmosphere
The atmosphere at Leverest is very inclusive and collaborative, with a predominantly young and international team. Employees are encouraged to work flexibly and autonomously. It's a great place to work!
Work-Life Balance
Very flexible in time and place. Leverest offers a very flexible work model with a hybrid approach and offices in Frankfurt, Berlin and Düsseldorf for in-person collaboration. There is a focus on employee well-being, with no vacation policy and the ability to work from anywhere.
