Arbeitsatmosphäre
I worked here for just six months and honestly that was too long. I am writing in English to warn any non German speakers also. Not a nice place to work, very formal, very inflexible. Just don't do it.
Kommunikation
There is none. Get your job done (a lot of form filling with little thought) and run out the door. Done fellow workers were great so it's more the hierarchy, the management. Very old fashioned
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Good coworkers in some departments but in others...fir example there was a lady who complained because I called her by her first name! I was reprimanded by HR for lacking the necessary formality!

Work could be interesting if there wasn't so much paperwork. Leasing can be very interesting.
