I really liked how they cared about the employees, with business lunch every 2 weeks, home office is available, free snacks, drinks and coffee.
Lack of organisation, resources and processes could be optimised.
My suggestions are that interns want to do more, and yes there are interns that maybe are uninterested. But some of us actually want to work, be busy and do an impact. My recommendation would be to provide them more information, more tasks, teach them with doing things along with them and not just reading things.
The working atmosphere is healthy, the managers are very supportive and they guided me a lot in the start with any question or concern I had.
There is no pressure to work more time then 8 hours a day
Co-workers are very nice and supportive.
Leaders are very clear, transparent and they set reachable goals.
Communication is very straightforward, with calls, monday meetings and monthly calls.
I think tasks were okay, but after a few months in I felt i could've done more. But I was given independence of my work a few weeks in so that was great.
