After I have been contacted via LinkedIn we agreed on a a first phone interview with the Recruiter. It was a open and friendly conversation about mutual expectations. The second interview in the office with the company's founder for 1.5 hours was a very open and good conversation. There was time for questions from both sides and the company's goals and especially company culture have been explained in detail. I experienced the entire recruitment process as very professional to that point but decided to not change my employer at the moment.
