That some policies are still very conservative like home office out of DACH countries, dogs in the office.
We all wish we can be able to do Home office in “Ausland”, but it is only accepted in DACH countries. The company wants to have diversity and inclusion. That means too that a lot of us come from other countries that are not DACH countries. Giving us the possibility to work some time from our home countries could give us the chance to be near to our families and not occupy the totality of our holidays to visit them.
