Very good compensation for students. Don’t know the general salary standard for full-time.

International company, many cultures in one office - Indian, African, Europeans, Americans. Enjoyed very much.

Regular information about situation and behavior to protect yourself and colleagues. Homeoffice for those who wanted to work from home.

Great freedom in doing the job. You get responsibility quickly. Praise and constructive criticism as feedback.

This company has a great reputation at my university. Also, external service providers Kiel to work with us and the Lotus Team. That’s my feeling.

I am a student and want to achieve a lot. Working here is based on the principle of achievement, which is absolutely fine with me. If you are looking for an unstressed job, then you should not apply here ;-)

Again, job opportunities are there if you perform. I learned a lot during my intern and working student time.

Never experienced anything negative. The opposite, people of all nationalities and religions work in this midsized company. A lot of students work as interns, student worker and Master Thesis interns.

I have never worked in a more dynamic job environment than here. New technology, different cultures and many interesting tasks.
