All developers use Mac or Linux. No corporate madness that pushes developers to use crappy software.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
All members of the lower and higher management can and should attend top management coachings. Engineers can go to conferences, can do online courses, and we also have off-topic fun projects like a little robot that drives though our office, where everybody is encouraged to hack it.
