- Work on your benefits, we have "lufthansa" on our name, yet we don't have their benefits
- Allow your workers to choose work from home (not only for those that joined during C19 and moved to other areas of the country). Don't push that culture of "the old office", it is clearly gone, as many people left with it, and now its time to embrace a new way of working

There are some great specialists in this company, however, leadership is not great which creates a lot of micromanagement situations and lack of trust overall

Not transparent, they advocate for feedback culture but only in one way (to the employee, never to the managers)

They have "working hours sovereignty" this only means: unlimited working hours with no compensation

The youngest ones lack experience on managing their teams. The older ones seem not to care too much, only if you are not "driving impact" they will care and they will micromanage you

If you fight for what you want to do, yes. If not, no one will be guiding you or helping you get good oportunities or tasks

Its a small org. So unless you go to Lufthansa Group, the limit is there, since after you become Senior there is just Director and all those roles are fixed
