Great place to work at
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- Flat hierarchies
- Work together with founding/management team closely
- Take ownership of the tasks/challenges you want
- Have a real impact on the company performance
- Awesome team and company culture
- Learn a lot about AI
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- So far, quite small office without proper kitchen (plan is to move soon)
Work-Life-Balance
Usually, we work a little longer than in most corporations but work-life-balance is still taken care of.
Gehalt/Benefits
The salary is competitive considering Luminovo is a bootstrapped start-up.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
This category doesn't really apply to Luminovo because in our daily operations we are not confronted with environmental decisions.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Currently, we don't have a lot of +30 years employees but generally, age doesn't play a role in the company at all.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The current office is very simple but we will move to a new office soon
