Fantastic
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very good work atmosphere, that meets the balance between performance orientation and rooms for mistakes while always being fun.
Work-Life-Balance
I mean, a fast-growing startup is probably not the place to go if you want to optimize for free time, but luminovo provides quite some flexibility and freedom to schedule working hours according to individual needs.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Definitely a healthy mentality of supporting each other
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I had an excellent manager, who always had my personal growth in mind and was very good at providing regular feedback.
Kommunikation
Overall excellent, asynchronous communication style, while I believe the company vision could be communicated better visually.
Gehalt/Benefits
Average benchmarked salaries, which are very fair and transparent.
Interessante Aufgaben
Revolutionizing the entire electronics industry- there is not much that's more exciting :)
