Just keep on doing what you're doing. Being nice and excellent is such a wonderful approach, and you're living it, from the founders on. Maybe keep the full remote setup for everyone, because I think it is such a big part of the success that we have. Apart from that, I think you are all doing a great job.

Our working atmosphere here has been absolutely great. Luminovo is a unicorn in this regard. Managers are very open, respectful, and everyone works together. The feedback culture is great, and we have amazing psychological safety.

In the industry, the image is great, and also with other startups in the startup ecosystem, I think Luminovo has gotten a name.
Work-Life-Balance
This is still start-uppy, so to be very successful, you also have to put in the work. And we call it work-life integration in the best way possible, so Luminovo gives a lot of freedom. That made me, in the past and in the present, put in a lot of work to keep that freedom. But also, you don't get toxic pressure.

I would say I don't really know if we are doing anything, so maybe we just have to get more transparent about this.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
For me personally, it has been great. I've been promoted two times in two years, and I think that is still possible since we are still growing. It's maybe not as easy as it was two or three years before, because we have reached a certain maturity. One is learning a lot all the time in regards to the industry, but also in what you're doing.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
We are advocating for psychological safety, and I feel we have a great team in customer success. It may differ since we are fully remote from other companies, and that certainly has an influence. We don't know each other as well as we would when we were working onsite, but also, there's no toxicity in the culture, so it's not about coming together. That's the only thing I would mention.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
This has been nothing but excellent for me. My manager is the best manager I've worked with, by far.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office in Munich recently got a rework, and now it looks a lot better than before, with new desks, monitors and so on. Also, you get a new MacBook, a new mobile phone, and everything that you need. And since we are fully remote, I love it here.
Kommunikation
We have great transparency, where employees get much more insights into all the numbers of the company and the trends, and that is very unique. At times, of course, communication between departments is very much in text, which is due to the fully remote culture. There is still improvement potential, but not in a typical sense.
Gehalt/Benefits
I think you can earn more money in other companies, but they do a very fair benchmark each year, so I've also gotten a raise without asking for it because the benchmark went up, which is unbelievably great. And also the freedom you get, and the success and psychological safety you get: you can't pay that in money.
Gleichberechtigung
I feel we are doing great, at least in my department, but at the same time, one has to say that we have almost no women in leading positions, which certainly can be an improvement.
Interessante Aufgaben
The industry is really, really complex, with a lot of different types of companies that can be worked with, and also, the product is unbelievably complex, so it never gets boring. It's rather the opposite. It can be overwhelming at times, especially if you are not from the industry. The first two years are a steep learning curve, and there is still a lot of freedom in what you want to do. If you want to improve processes and document processes, managers listen to what the employees have to say and try to help them become successful at Luminovo, no matter the role.
