Tbh mostly everything while I know this is probably not super helpful. I started in another department and after learning a lot. We discussed where else I could learn as much as possible with the capability and knowledge I have, and now I joined the People team. I love it here so much and can highly recommend working for Luminovo before doing anything else to improve your quality of work tremendously.
I think there is not much going on in terms of ecological topics, but in a very modern and efficient startup this is not really a topic tbh.
Ich fand es toll, dass mir Luminovo den Freiraum gegeben hat um nicht nur auf professioneller Ebene sondern auch auf persönlicher Ebene zu wachsen! Jeder kann seine eigenen Schwerpunkte legen und zu Beginn sagen, an welchen Fähigkeiten man gerne am meisten arbeiten würde.

Monatliche Team events und weekly team lunch, oft Treffen außerhalb der Arbeitszeiten
Tolle Vorgesetzte welche sehr offen für Feedback sind aber auch selbst aktiv alle zwei Wochen Rückmeldung zu der eigenen Arbeitsweise und Ergebnissen liefern!

As we are growing fast it is not easy to always follow with the communication aspects, but we are doing our best keeping trasparency between the teams.

Usually, we work a little longer than in most corporations but work-life-balance is still taken care of.
The salary is competitive considering Luminovo is a bootstrapped start-up.
This category doesn't really apply to Luminovo because in our daily operations we are not confronted with environmental decisions.
Currently, we don't have a lot of +30 years employees but generally, age doesn't play a role in the company at all.
The current office is very simple but we will move to a new office soon
