You can always find someone to share a laugh, even after the toughest day because there is room for the people to be theirselves.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Besides the salaries or the chaotic situation which makes it sometimes really hard to stay motivated or have hope to solve some of the issues not much.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
More structure would be helpful in order to work on some of the issues. People need more reliabilty to grow. In the end we are just not there yet to be as great as we could possibly be.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Most of the time it is happy place. People are motivated and try their best but due to the sometimes chaotic situation some plans do not work out and this can be really frustrating.
Work-Life-Balance
Most of the time the workload is absolut okay and people go home on time but of course there are more hectic times when people have to do overtime in order to get everything done.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
You can find really good people there :)
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Wish to have more in the teams :)
Vorgesetztenverhalten
It is diffrent in every department, there are some really great manager, teamleaders and so on and some not so great ones. The idea of "happy people make happy soap" is not lived every where yet.
Kommunikation
Communication is a little difficult but not on purpose. In some areas within the business it is better than in others.

Always depending on where you work and your own motivation to do more.
