really nice compared to most of the companies I have been working for.
Talking is allowed in production (not the same for all the companies in Germany...). Multicultural, young and dynamic atmosphere.
The company leaves room for initiative.

Almost all the managers started in production. So definitely a chance to grow in the company.

Salary is generally speaking lower than what other companies offer but the working conditions are for me better than in other company. Matter of choice.
