Unprofessional environment
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The employees have a 50% discount which is good, however the products are still too expensive to afford for most of them.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There is a very serious problem going on in Lush Manu. People are being sexually harassed, management participates in mobbing people and employees are being constantly intimidated. Management obviously doesn’t have a proper training and experience so they choose to overlook problems of the employees. Unfortunately, most of the employees are people who have a problem finding another job (criminal records, low knowledge of language and their rights etc.) so they are easily convinced to accept the unfair conditions and feel like they cannot complain.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere is ok as long as you don’t mind sexist, racist and generally disrespectful kind of communication and do not speak up.
Work-Life-Balance
The salaries are very low but to be fair employees do not have much responsibility.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Working conditions are below average, the amount of days off is minimal, salaries are low and the atmosphere is very hard to work at after some time.
Interessante Aufgaben
The nature of work is very simple and uninteresting.
