You are the worst kind of people. There are so many things people say to make the company better and nothing changes BECAUSE YOU DO NOT CARE. You know some people are having a lot of problems with finding a job and you just use them. You know about the money, the bad bosses, the bad materials, the people in charge not knowing what they are doing, and you make the choice to just stay blind.
I just hope no one comes to work for you anymore, because you are so bad for people.

This place is very toxic. The most basic of working conditions is to much to ask, they is gossip, harassment, lies...

When you say something about bad reviews, the bosses say that is just jealous ex-workers, ridiculous. LISTEN TO YOUR PEOPLE.

The only good thing is that work is done at the end of your shift and you do'nt take it home.

The money is the worst that I ever received, it is just above minumum wage.

They say they are very green, but this is a joke. They use so many bad materials and plastic. So much goes in the garbage.

Some colleagues are really nice and you bond over being in the same bad situation. But other people try to get higher and they will do it by stabbing others in the back, or by playing nice to the toxic bosses.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are not many older colleagues, the work is physical but they are nice.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The only thing they can say when we complain about the money, the work, the chaos is that they ca'nt do anything because of England, where the company is from. It is their excuse for everything.
Arbeitsbedingungen
SO BAD. People get sick all of the time, from the dust, the noise, the floor is so dirty.
Kommunikation
No communication. Managers can not talk with their staff, because most of them don't speak German (after years of living here...). Also, nothing is clear, always confusion, no one knows what is going on.
Gleichberechtigung
If you are friends with the bosses, you can get far, otherwise you are stuck and everything is your fault.
Interessante Aufgaben
It is a lot of doing the same and when you try to improve something, they tell you to just do it as you are told.
