Die Erfahrungen hingen stark von der jeweiligen Abteilung und dem Teamleiter ab. In einigen Teams war das Miteinander sehr angenehm, in anderen gab es Kollegen mit problematischem Verhalten, das das Arbeitsklima belastet hat. Konflikte wurden von der Teamleitung kaum aufgegriffen, und eine klare HR-Anlaufstelle fehlte. Solange die Verkaufszahlen stimmten, wurde schwieriges Verhalten oft toleriert. Der Fokus auf Vertrieb ist verständlich, ging jedoch teilweise auf Kosten von Führung, Umgangston und Arbeitsatmosphäre.
