Image
Very positive.
Work-Life-Balance
Super. I run my own shop so I choose to decide a little earlier, have a longer break in the middle and leave a little later. 40h per week is expected (as it is in the contract). How do you make those hours is up to you
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I see lots of opportunities to grow.
Gehalt/Benefits
As we work with a base salary and commission on top, if you put a lot of effort in you get rewarded for that.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
I guess we try out best
Kollegenzusammenhalt
We help each other where we can. Competitive in a healthy way. We do it all together
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Very friendly. No complaints what so ever.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Smart people leading the company. No fast sales guys but smart and open minded going for the win in the laung haul. Long term profititability is the goal.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Very good. Good pay, not too long hours.
Kommunikation
Open and effective
Gleichberechtigung
Everybody is treated equally
Interessante Aufgaben
I like the industrial machine dealers we are working with who we try to sign on to our platform. They are emotional people who make decision with their 'gut'. Had many great conversations with them in my time at Machinio.
