An unpleasant work environment overall.

Partly because of one senior leader's anger issues (throwing chairs, shouting, insults). Other senior leaders do not stop this behaviour, essentially supporting it.

It's widely known in the company to get legal insurance to protect yourself from management's labour practices. This legal protection has been very helpful to a couple colleagues already.

Very high turnover from people quitting, being asked to sign mutual termination agreements, and when 20% of the company was laid off in January 2025.
