He has also struggled to contribute constructive ideas, likely due to limited relevant experience in similar roles. As a result, the team was left to rely on their own knowledge and tools, effectively operating without meaningful leadership or direction.
Additionally, he came across as unreliable and unapproachable, often unwilling to actively listen to or engage with input from his team members.

It is such a pity to have so talented colleagues, 90% shadowed by the arrogance of the senior managers. The expertise of the colleagues was not evaluated and not taken into consideration.

The managers (excluding senior executives) demonstrated a strong combination of technical expertise in their respective fields and admirable interpersonal skills. They were approachable, attentive, and consistently provided thoughtful, constructive feedback

There was a noticeable lack of trust in employees, and leadership demonstrated an unwillingness to accept feedback. While challenging, the experience offered valuable insight into identifying red flags to be mindful of when evaluating future managers and workplaces.

There was a lack of transparent guidelines or consistency, and one particular senior manager exhibited poor communication skills, which led to confusion and disruption within the team.
