I appreciate HR team to balance things out, support employees in resolving questions/situation and do their best to provide good working environment. The product is interesting and has so much potential, when leadership focuses on right things.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

There is a huge gap between regular employees and senior leadership (especially, CEO). Company is hiring more and more people for high positions, while certain teams remain understaffed.

Nobody comes to the office anymore because the spirit is on an all time low (since Maltego got a new investor, almost 2 years ago)

Pay average, current raises (if any) are weak (less than inflation), almost no benefits whatsoever. Some colleagues didn´t get any raise, not even inflation, with this explanation from HR: "we hired so many C-Level people lately, the budget is quite empty..." WTF xD

Great people work(ed) here, but many nice colleagues already left or are planning to leave

Depends on your team lead, many of them would like to do things differently / better but can´t convince the CEO or HR to change things

The other employees are very nice. There are a lot of really nice events that are organized.

The company as a whole is good but some departments are run by people with no managerial skills whatsoever. These so called 'managers' make the atmosphere extremely hostile and do no welcome any feedback.

The company follows a flex time policy.

Completely depends on the manager you have. If he/she is good they will support you in your growth.

Pay is average.

The people are really nice except some people.

As mentioned previously, some managers are people who do not possess qualities of a good leader resulting is micromanaging, and hostile behavior when given feedback.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Working conditions are good. you are given the best devices, and all the support that you need, but unfortunately that is still not worth the unparalleled amount of anxiety caused by underqualified managers.

Open and transparent communication is not valued here.

Wenn Sie jedoch ein einfaches Leben und einen Job haben möchten, den Sie für immer behalten können, ohne Stress oder zu viel Arbeit, ist dies definitiv der richtige Ort.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Die Bezahlung liegt weit unter dem Durchschnitt, und die Führungskräfte sind kopflose und panische Hühner.

Sie sind alle „Ärzte“, so dass jede Entscheidung etwa 2-3 Jahre dauert, bis das Produkt und andere Teams darunter leiden.
Viele Leute verlassen das Unternehmen im Moment und es ist kein Ort, an dem man wachsen kann.
